However, for the people of Xizhuangzi Village, whose homeland is difficult to leave, it is not easy to make this determination, and Tian Peng has also put a lot of thought into it.
Villager Liu Zhongxi initially couldn't figure out the relocation. Tian Peng and the members of the poverty alleviation team stationed in the village went to their homes to talk to him as soon as they had time. It turned out that Liu Zhongxi used to be a blacksmith, and he bought a lot of processing instruments that he was reluctant to throw away; he and his wife had to go out to work, worried that the elderly would not use the liquefied gas stove; did not understand the county's help policy, worried that the cost of relocation was too large, and his son would soon go to college and need money...
Tian Peng and the town and village cadres repeatedly preached various support policies, and organized Liu Zhongxi and other villager representatives to visit the Huanghuatan ecological migration area. In June 2018, Tian Peng received a call from Liu Zhongxi on his own initiative, expressing his willingness to relocate.
In October 2019, the entire village of Xizhuangzi Village was relocated, and all 203 households lived in new houses. After the joint efforts of many parties, at the end of 2019, all 44 remaining poor households and 168 people in Xizhuangzi Village were lifted out of poverty, and the entire village was lifted out of poverty.
Today, the Huanghuatan ecological migration poverty alleviation and relocation project has been completed, and 62,400 people have moved out of the mountains.
People do not leave the village, and their hearts do not leave their posts to continue to work

Tian Peng introduced that the cost of building a solar greenhouse is about 69,800 yuan, the government subsidies are 49,800 yuan, and the remaining 20,000 yuan needs to be self-financed by villagers, and they can apply for discounted interest loans.
At first, the villagers did not take the initiative to apply. Some villagers have asked that the place where the solar greenhouse was built was previously desert, can crops be grown? The poverty alleviation team stationed in the village organized these villagers to visit the solar greenhouse base. When they saw that the reservoir, electric roller blinds and other facilities were readily available, and the tomatoes and peppers in the greenhouse were growing happily, their doubts were dispelled on the spot.
Dong Zhanhai's son and daughter, the son and daughter of dong Zhanhai, the fourth group of villagers in Xizhuangzi Village, are all migrant workers, and there are only two of them in the family, and Dong Zhanhai is worried that his physical strength will not be able to keep up. Tian Peng told him that he could transfer the greenhouse out and collect the corresponding circulation fee. In this way, Dong Zhanhai not only applied for a solar greenhouse, but also took the initiative to help the poverty alleviation team in the village to do the ideological work of other villagers.
The Lanzhou branch of the Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, where Liang Yanwei, a member of the poverty alleviation task force stationed in the village, is located, raised a special fund of 750,000 yuan to support the relocated villagers to develop follow-up industries.
Up to now, the villagers of Xizhuangzi Village have built 71 new solar greenhouses and 15 breeding greenhouses. According to the "professional cooperative + base + farmer" model, the Huanghuatan ecological migration area has now developed more than 7,300 breeding greenhouses, more than 370 solar greenhouses, and 3,400 mu of characteristic forest fruits, and the new industry has begun to take shape.
