It is understood that the 6 national standards for intelligent manufacturing that Kaos cosmoplat participated in will be officially implemented on May 1, 2022, including intelligent manufacturing system architecture, intelligent production order management system technical requirements, industrial cloud service data management general requirements, machine vision online detection system general requirements, manufacturing object identification resolution system application guide, and large-scale industrial pressure equipment testing robot general technical conditions.
These 6 national standards have covered the field of intelligent manufacturing in an all-round way. It not only builds a general conceptual framework for the intelligent manufacturing system, but also stipulates the intelligent production order management model, industrial cloud service data management process and requirements, general requirements for machine vision online detection technology, manufacturing object identifier allocation methods, and general technical conditions for large-scale industrial pressure equipment detection robots, which is conducive to the standardization process and quality improvement of intelligent manufacturing.
In addition, in order to meet the needs of the market and enterprises, Kaoscosmoplat has developed two group standards based on innovative practices in the field of industrial Internet and experience in the construction of connected factories to promote the digitalization, networking and intelligent transformation of enterprises.
