On August 26, Chen Jianguo, general manager and deputy secretary of the party committee of Inner Mongolia Company, went to the lantern wind farm of Mengdong Xiehe New Energy Company to conduct work research.
During the investigation, Chen Jianguo went deep into the key production areas such as the booster station and the main control room to carefully inspect, and learned in detail about the company's production and operation indicators, the construction of standardized depots and the working and living conditions of employees, and affirmed the company's safety production and operation management work.
Regarding the key work in the next stage, Chen Jianguo put forward four requirements:

It is necessary to continuously strengthen the promotion and application of the jykj and sdsj systems, continue to improve the level of refined management, dig deep into the profit potential, effectively improve the stability of the equipment, increase the number of utilization hours, and reduce the equipment curtailment rate;

It is necessary to continue to optimize and adjust the structure of the cadre and staff team, focus on the training of young workers, provide a platform for young workers to show themselves and increase their talents, and comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality and professional and technical capabilities of young workers;

It is necessary to comprehensively do a good job in risk prevention, in view of the layout and development characteristics of new energy enterprises, coordinate the work of epidemic prevention and control, safe production, quality construction, etc., and focus on preventing legal, environmental protection and other risks.
