In 1959, the Songji 3 well on the Songnen Plain in Heilongjiang spewed out industrial oil flow, throwing off China's oil-poor hat in one fell swoop, and the Daqing oilfield has been discovered ever since. The following year, Wang Jinxi, a drilling worker of the 1205 drilling team, jumped into the mud pool and subdued the blowout with his body, preventing the occurrence of a major accident of well destruction and death. Wang Jinxi has since been known as the "Iron Man", and the "Iron Man Spirit" of Daqing Oilfield has been well known ever since. 60 years later, in the 1205 drilling team where Wang Jinxi served as the captain, Chen Jianguo became an engineer and technician in the team after the 90s. The addition of the younger generation of oilers has given new vitality to Daqing Oilfield.
In the post-90s, the name "jianguo" is rare. Chen Jianguo told the Nandu reporter that his father gave him this name because he hoped that he would take the right path and build a good country when he grew up. In October, when the northeast was cold and windy, Chen Jianguo and the drilling team members were still fighting in the field to carry out drilling and construction operations, he said, "Use the knowledge you have learned to contribute more oil to the motherland." ”
The spirit of "Iron Man"
The story of "Iron Man" Wang Jinxi is familiar to Chen Jianguo, 28 years old this year. His hometown of Qiqihar City is not far from Daqing City, and he has heard people talk about the spirit of oil, the spirit of Daqing and the spirit of iron man since he was a child. After being admitted to China University of Petroleum and majoring in oil and gas well engineering, the textbook has a photo of Wang Jinxi jumping into the mud pool.
Later, after graduating from graduate school in 2016, the 25-year-old Chen Jianguo returned to Heilongjiang and joined the Daqing Oilfield, where his 1205 drilling team was famous, and over the years it sent more than 1,300 cadres and technical backbones to the country, and "Iron Man" Wang Jinxi served as the captain of the 1205 team.
At that time, the oil industry was in a downturn, oil prices fell sharply, and domestic oil companies shrank their recruitment. Previously, Daqing Oilfield could recruit 3,000 to 4,000 fresh graduates a year, but in 2016, when Chen Jianguo graduated, only more than 400 people were recruited. On the other hand, Daqing Oilfield has been exploited for decades, and with the increasing density of the underground well network, the high density of drilling fluids, and the increase in the pressure of safety and environmental protection, the difficulty of drilling wells has also increased. Compared with the heyday, the scene of oil coming out on its own as soon as it was drilled is gone.
"When I first came, the psychological gap was relatively large." Chen Jianguo told Nandu reporters that the drilling team is bitter and tired, and it is one of the hardest jobs in the oil industry. For this, Chen Jianguo, who came from a science class, had heard about it before entering the industry, and felt that he was ready - his physical fitness was good, he often worked out during college, and he also won the 4th place in the 60 kg class of the Fourth National College Student Fitness and Bodybuilding Competition. Despite this, after the real oil field, Chen Jianguo still sighed: "I didn't expect it to be so hard." ”
The drilling industry is usually built in the field, and the drilling platform is built in the reeds and buds far from the city. Winters in the northeast are long and cold, and in the summer rainy season, the wild is muddy. Compared with the oil war in the 1950s and 1960s, the degree of informatization and automation in Daqing Oilfield has been greatly improved, but long-term field work is still a great test of human physical strength. When he first arrived in the team, Chen Jianguo was an external fitter, and one of the working conditions was to drill down, that is, to use manpower to take six or seven hundred pounds of drill pipes out of the bottom of the well, and to repeat dozens of times within eight hours of working hours. The first time he went to the well, Chen Jianguo was responsible for beating the mud, and due to improper force, the mud spurted out at once, making a face.
The reason why we can persist is inseparable from the inspiration of the spirit of "Iron Man". Chen Jianguo told Nandu reporters that as the birthplace of the "Iron Man" spirit, the 1205 team has always had the tradition of "passing on the help". "Drilling is a high-risk industry, for newcomers, there will be skilled masters to teach you to learn techniques, practice skills, tell you the risk points you need to pay attention to, and teach you hand in hand."
"I studied petroleum- and I was able to apply what I learned to the drilling construction site, and I didn't forget my original intention." Since coming to the 1205 drilling team in 2016, Chen Jianguo has worked as an external fitter, an internal fitter, and a site worker. In March 2018, he became a technician on the team.
Love a line to do well
From the opening of drilling to the completion of drilling, whether an oil well can be safely and safely put into use has a lot to do with technician Chen Jianguo. In the process of drilling, there may be oil and gas water intrusion, card drilling, well leakage, blowout and other engineering accidents prevention, well depth quality qualification rate, cementing quality quality rate whether to reach 100% high indicators, all quality work needs to be controlled by technicians.
When an oil well has just been drilled, it is often the busiest time for Chen Jianguo. Once the rig is opened, it cannot be stopped for 24 hours, and the 1205 drilling team is divided into two shifts, with two shifts at 0 o'clock and 12 o'clock. After handing over the shift at 0 o'clock and arranging the tasks, technical measures and emergency plans for each post with the team on duty, Chen Jianguo could return to the well room to rest. At about 4:30 a.m., phone calls from the project department and the technical department followed, and various data such as the direction of the well slope and the progress of the well needed to be checked and summarized. The day's work began, and he needed to deal with any technical problems during the drilling process. "As soon as you go to the well, the nerves in your brain tense up." Chen Jianguo told Nandu reporters.
After one well is drilled, the drilling team has to move to another place and then drill another well, which is called "well team moving". Chen Jianguo told nandu reporters that during the rainy season, it was very difficult for the well team to move. In a move in 2018, Chen Jianguo and his team members once soaked in the muddy well yard from 20:00 to 6:00 the next day, and washed the paved steel road with high-pressure water guns on two water tanker trucks against the rainwater.
Even when it is a vacation, as long as inoue has an affair, the inoue team has to deal with the work, and in the long run, the time spent with the family has been relatively small. Chen Jianguo said that his parents are very supportive of his work in the oil field and have been encouraging him to cheer him up, which has made him firm in his determination to do a good job in the oil field. Many things in the family need to be handled by his girlfriend, which makes Chen Jianguo feel very indebted. Fortunately, the girlfriend's father also works in the oil field, and he can understand Chen Jianguo's busyness.
"Only by loving a line can you do it well." After graduating from petroleum colleges and working in Daqing Oilfield for more than 3 years, Chen Jianguo feels that he has integrated into and loved this industry, as a young generation after 90, Chen Jianguo hopes that he can rely on his own efforts to build Daqing Oilfield more beautifully.
Sprint for three consecutive titles
On September 26, 1959, the first industrial oil flow was successfully drilled in the Songji 3 well, which was named on the eve of the 10th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. At the beginning of 1960, more than 40,000 oil workers, demobilized officers and soldiers, and scientific and technological workers marched into the wild and wild Songnen Plain to fight the oil conference. The glory of Daqing Oilfield began here, and it maintained a rare high output of 50 million tons per year for 27 years from 1976 to 2002.
However, like all high-speed development oilfields, with the longer the development time, Daqing Oilfield is also facing problems such as increasing difficulties in oil exploitation and insufficient replacement of reserve resources.
Compared with decades ago, the construction of daqing oilfield is much more difficult now. Chen Jianguo told Nandu reporters that the drilling in the last century was mainly straight wells, and most of the wells are now oriented wells, even if the wellbore is drilled in a specific direction to reach the predetermined formation underground. "Just like threading needles in the ground, drilling directional wells are mostly platform wells, and the advantage of this kind of well is to save the footprint of the well site, protect the soil, and be safer and more environmentally friendly."
In 2019, Daqing Oilfield entered its 60th year of discovery. In order to seek change, the oilfielders have been working hard. Chen Jianguo told Nandu reporter that since 2017, the 1205 drilling team began to explore the implementation of a new management model "lean drilling", aiming at 7 major waste points affecting drilling production, such as process connection, equipment maintenance, safety incidents, repetitive labor, improper operation, invalid waiting, and bad rework, and comprehensively eliminating waste in the drilling construction process. "Through this model, the efficiency and effectiveness of drilling can be improved, and the cost reduction and efficiency can be increased."
Under a series of innovative and reform measures, the report card handed over by Daqing Oilfield is very eye-catching. In 2018, Daqing Oilfield achieved an oil and gas equivalent of 4166.85 tons, and its operating income, total profit, and taxes paid hit the highest level in three years. The 1205 drilling team where Chen Jianguo is located has drilled more than 100,000 meters in 2017 and 2018 for two consecutive years, and was awarded the title of "New Steel in the New Era" by Daqing Drilling.
It is not easy to drill more than 100,000 meters per year. The last time the 1205 team achieved this record was in 1971. In order to achieve this goal, previously, the 1205 team only needed to hit thirty or forty wells throughout the year, while in 2017 and 2018, more than 70 wells were played every year, almost doubling. On August 9, 2019, the 1205 drilling team achieved a breakthrough of 3 million meters of domestic drilling since the establishment of the team, which is equivalent to drilling through 339 Mount Everest.
After working long, he was able to witness such achievements in the team, and Chen Jianguo felt that he was very lucky. On the other hand, behind the brilliant results, every driller works overtime. "When you hit a shallow well of about 1200 meters, you can hit one in three or four days, and after going to the well, you have to keep staring, and you don't sleep much for one or two nights, so you can only take time to squint for a while." Chen Jianguo told the Nandu reporter that in order to save time, they generally do not take off their clothes and directly lie on the bed to rest, in case something happens, they can get up immediately.
"The goal of our team this year is to advance 100,000 meters a year and achieve three consecutive championships." Chen Jianguo told Nandu reporters that at present, many more drilling workers are sprinting for this.
