Du Zhenxi (born December 7, 1982) is a Taiwanese rapper. Graduated from the Department of Visual Communication of National Tainan No.1 Senior High School and National Yunlin University of Science and Technology. It's called "Egg Castle" because his father, who loved him as a child, would order a McDonald's Ham Egg Fort every day when he took him to school for breakfast.
The first rap music contact was Yao Zhongren (stage name mc hotdog hot dog) demo, since then began to be deeply interested in rap music, but also recorded the first rap song work "Sexual Desire Explosion" with a tape, in the third year of high school with the hot dance club student rpg (rap guy) (currently an independent music label "everyone has meritorious practice" singer) with a song "skool life one middle life" won the champion of bamboo coconut rhyme and became the underground school song of Tainan No. 1 Middle School, thus establishing the underground rap group Bamboo Gang ( bamboo gang)。 In 2006, he collaborated with another rap group, the Huangs, to launch the underground album "The Quality Not Yet Guaranteed Mixtape", which at that time included "Yance", "RPG", "Egg Castle", "Lil'p", "Sky Kill", and "National Egg". In order to satisfy his desire to create, he also published a series of rap songs under the pseudonym dj kusoul, "Branding on the Bottom of Pants", "Stephen Chow's Rap Battle 1 and 2 (Stephen Chow Rap)", "Indian Michael on the Nightclub" and other songs.
When I was a senior in the Department of Visual Communication at Yunlin University of Science and Technology, I was recruited by Yan She, an emerging record company with rap music as the main body, to post-produce other rap songs. During his personal creations during his work, his unique "light rapping" works were unexpectedly loved by the boss Dila Fat and other listeners, and quickly became a new generation of rappers who attracted attention after his debut.
In 2013, he collaborated with the trend brand "remix clothing taipei" to launch the image single "Melting Gold", which was sung by three members of the Yan Society, Egg Castle, Pg and the 24th Best Newcomer Ge Zhongshan (miss ko), and the guitar solo part was presented by Allen (Remis). However, Egg Castle was accidentally injured during the filming of the music video, so other music operations were postponed until a sneak party in early July 2013, when it was announced that a new album "The Interior Renovation of Do Chun-hee You Don't Know" was announced.
