
Shao Zhenzhong, male, from Huai'an, Jiangsu Province, born in 1958. In May 1976, he became a professional player in the Jiangsu Provincial Go Team. In October 1980, the national Go team was officially established, and Shao Zhenzhong became the first batch of official players. In 1981, he won the men's individual championship at the 3rd World Amateur Go Championship in Tokyo, Japan, and was the second Chinese chess player after Nie Weiping to win the tournament. In 1995, he became the first nine-dan chess player in Jiangsu.
