Recently, after meticulous investigation, the public security organs in our city successfully smashed the criminal gang headed by Chen Guojun, and the main members of the gang have been arrested and arrested. After investigation, the gang has long carried out usurious lending in the city and the surrounding areas of Chengdu and Ya'an, and then collected them in the form of violence and soft violence, causing a bad social impact.

In order to further advance the special struggle against organized crime and evil forces and to comprehensively find out the facts of the criminal gang's violations and crimes, we are now soliciting clues from all sectors of society on the gang's violations and crimes, and hope that the broad masses of the people, especially the victims, units, and enterprises that have been harmed by the gang, will actively report and expose the clues of the criminal gang headed by Chen Guojun and cooperate with the public security organs to punish them according to law.

At the same time, other people involved in the case were urged to surrender themselves as soon as possible and strive for leniency.
