It is necessary to seize the current two booming opportunities in production and marketing, supervise and urge key backbone enterprises to produce at full capacity to the greatest extent, help other enterprises to produce at full capacity through rescue measures, and promote the resumption of work and production of suspended enterprises as soon as possible; through the leadership of bao grasping, the coordination and linkage of counties (cities, districts) and municipal departments, and accelerate the progress of key projects; Pingliang Industrial Park should give full play to the advantages of agglomeration of elements, accelerate the construction of projects such as the intelligent robot integration park and the second phase of the sewage treatment plant, and promote the full production of the second phase of the intelligent optoelectronic industrial park. The third phase will be completed and delivered as soon as possible, and the Guowei 1.5 million tons of corn production starch project will be put into production; coordinate the production and marketing docking of apples and other key agricultural products, credit support for collection and storage enterprises, etc., further expand the market, expand sales, and promote realization; adhere to open source and reduce expenditure, revitalize idle and inefficient operating assets, strengthen tax and non-tax revenue collection and management, and strive for more project financial support. The deputy mayors who serve as the chain chief should coordinate as a whole, guide the work of building platforms, accurately attracting investment, cultivating enterprises, etc., seriously study and formulate the "four maps", and supervise the implementation of various work scheduling. Each lead department and responsible department should take the initiative to plan and formulate various service support policies.
