Chen Zheng, father of Chen Yuanguang, "Kaizhang Saint King", was a general of the Gui de (from Sanpin). What kind of chaos was the "barbaric roaring chaos between the spring tides" required the Tang court to send tangtang officers from Sanpin to suppress it, and such a rebellion must not be underestimated.
In the sixth year of the Western Han Dynasty, Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty sent four troops to cut down Minyue, the Hengmei general Han said a sentence, the floating sea went from the east, the louchuan general Yang Shu came out of Wulin, the lieutenant Wang Wenshu came out of Meiling, and the Marquis of Yue was the general Ge Chuan and Shimose, out of ruo evil and white sand. In the winter of the first year of the Yuan Dynasty (111 BC), the Henghai general Han Shuo's water army first entered dongye, and was "robbed" by Yu Shan to go to the northern Fujian emperor Jugu and Jiancheng Hou Ao, who murdered Yu Shan and surrendered to the Han army. Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty ordered the relocation of the Minyue people to Jianghuaijian on the grounds that "the eastern Yue is narrow and obstructive, the Fujian is more fierce, and the number is repeated" and "it will eventually be a disaster for future generations".
In the south of Fujian, the Han army's fourth road does not seem to have arrived, and did the local Minyue people disappear for no reason? There is a saying in Tong'an that "there was Xu Dou before Tong'an", which tells the story of Xu Ying, the general of Henghai, who was stationed in Tong'an after the Minyue people were relocated, and this seems to be the history of the Han army and the folk records that the official army involved the southernmost place in Fujian.
In the same way, when Qin's 500,000-strong army invaded Lingnan in the south, its easternmost area only reached Jieyang, and at the time of the Qin and Han Dynasties, the east and north of Jieyang, and the west and south of Tong'an, were the places outside the country, which seemed to have become the sneaky places where the Minyue people who survived by chance, although there were "Longxi County", "Sui'an County", "Silla County" and so on after this, but this "barbaric and chaotic" fertile soil and the "Spring Tide" described in this article were not finally exposed until the Tang Dynasty.

Chen Zheng was in charge of the Lingnan March and led the fu soldiers south from Putian County. In the first year of Tang Xian's reign (670), Chen Min's brothers, Wei Zhen( Wei Zhen, and Chen Yuanguang, who was only fourteen years old, led their troops from Gwangju to the east and south to help. After the alliance, Chen Zheng and Chen Yuanguang adopted the strategy of military advice to sacrifice wine ding ru, disintegrated the Liuying Jiangxi barbarian army, educated the Li people in the northwestern mountains, surrounded and annihilated a small number of stubborn enemies under PuKui Pass, and opened the way to the south, so they entered the town of Yunxiao outside tunliang Mountain. At the time of the slight rest of the border affairs, he was officially stationed in the former Sui'an County, now Yunxiao Huotian Village.
The "Ancient Genealogy of the Baishi Ding Clan" records that Chen Yuanguang moved the town of Zhangpu in the second year of Yonglong to resist the tide and thieves, blocking the Mountains of Pantuo, and the Li of the cave in the northwest was dangerous and obstructive, and the trees were shaded and incompatible." It is to open the mountain and cut the thorns. The dispatchers tempted them to become villages and expand the land for thousands of miles."
Chen Zheng, Chen Yuanguang and the Barbarian Tug-of-War
After the barbarians rested for a while, Chen Yuanguang asked for the establishment of Zhangzhou County, and set up a platform in the four realms, patrolled himself at four o'clock, and ordered that the land be divided. One of the four realms is upstream from Songzhou Bao upstream to Kucao Town in Quanzhi Youxian Township, one is downstream from NanzhaoBao in Zhangzhi Anren Township to Chaozhi Jieyang County, one is at Fotan Bridge to Mount Taiwu, and one is upstream from Dafeng Mountain (Pinghe) in Xin'anli to Luxi Bao upstream to Taiping Town.
The northern territory is located from present-day Longwenpu to Silla District of Longyan City in the south, zhao'an to Chaozhou city in the south, Zhangpu Fotan Town to The Taiwu Mountain in Longhai, and Pinghe Daxi Town and Luxi Town to Zhao'an Taiping Town in the west, and the area covered by these four realms is Chen Yuanguang's sphere of influence.

According to the Book of Min, due to Chen Yuanguang's painstaking management, this "spring tide" "is between springs and tides" and "east of Quan and Jian, west of The Tide, Guangzhou, south of the islands, north of Qian, Fu, and The drum is not alarmed, known as Pingzhi", and its scope includes the whole territory of present-day Zhangzhou City, Longyan City, and Chaozhou City.
