This Ding boss treats the workers very harshly, often for several months without even paying the wages, and the workers are very distressed. At the end of the year, there was a cake-making teacher who wanted to get angrier and angrier, and the squeezed wages were still not given, so he went to the bakery and poured the raw materials: peanuts, white pork, sesame seeds, southern milk, garlic, sugar oil, flour, wine, etc. into a large vat, stirred the raw materials, and then packed up and extended. By the time Boss Ding found out that the teacher was missing, it had been several days, and he couldn't find him. At this time, Boss Ding's wife went to the workshop, and when she opened the door, she smelled a fragrance, so she took the materials in the vat as filling and made it into a cake to sell, and the business was actually very hot. After that, Boss Ding took the ingredients in the big vat as a cake filling, and it became a curd cake, because the cake was made with a prominent taste of milk, so people called it curd cake.

The main ingredients of the curd cake are: peanuts, sesame seeds, flour, glutinous rice, southern milk, diced white meat, minced garlic, rice wine, powdered sugar.

How to make curd cakes

1. Preparation of curd cake filling

The prepared glutinous rice is cooked, then ground into a young powder, then the peanuts are sautéed and hammered into grains; the sesame seeds are also fried until fragrant, and then the pork is marinated in sugar and then cut into cubes. Place peanuts, sesame seeds, and diced meat in a basin, add garlic, whole pieces of milk, add the right amount of rice wine, sugar, cake and the right amount of peanut oil, stir well, and the filling is ready.

2. The production of curd cake crust

Knead the flour, add an appropriate amount of soda to the flour, eat soda ash, and then add oil, sugar (sugar is white sugar, put the white sugar into the pot, put a small amount of water, slowly boiled with slow heat), flour can be kneaded vigorously.

3. Print cakes

After filling the prepared leather bag, it is shaped with a cake print, brushed with egg paste, and baked in the oven for 5 minutes. In the process of baking, take out the middle and pour some peanut oil on the bottom of the baking pan, just like we are frying, and add some oil to the pan in the middle.
