This time, under the theme of "black light", artist Zhao Zhao creatively re-presented his work "Black Mirror Starry Sky", seeking to use "black light" to convey artistic perception, which coincides with the low-key and restrained brand culture of Harmony, and also shows the brand's beautiful vision of "creation".
In the work "Black Mirror Starry Sky" exhibited at the Harmony Mei Chengdu Jingronghui Store, Zhao Zhao directs our eyes to the Sheng Tang Dynasty and the beginning of east-West exchanges. The "Starry Sky" series is Zhao Zhao's most representative works in recent years, with strong malleability. Three Tang Dynasty sea beast grape mirrors are embedded in the glass and become the center of the space. The sea beast grape mirror is a classic representative of the tang dynasty bronze mirror, named because of the pattern of rui beasts and grapes decorated on the back. Because of its mysterious pattern, it is also known as the "Mirror of Many Mysteries".
According to Zhao Zhao, "Black Mirror Starry Sky" is very participatory. In the process of creation, he constantly imagines the light and environment of the works in the exhibition presentation. When the viewer enters the exhibition hall according to the exhibition line, it is not clear at first what it is. After entering the scene, the viewer will see three reflective mirrors suspended in the air from one degree, and from another degree of light, see their patterns, which forms a very subtle and advanced visual and participatory experience.
The work "Black Mirror Starry Sky" not only reflects the decorative skills, but also reflects the society of the Tang Dynasty. On the back of the mirror, animal ornaments such as beasts, partridges, horses, and sika deer run and fly among the vines. The beast originated in the West, the grape originated in the western region, and then spread to China through the Silk Road. The elaborate and rich decoration style fully embodies the beautiful vision of multi-ethnic culture and the integration of The East and the West in the Prosperous Tang Dynasty, and has become a small social microcosm.
