Recently, according to the Kazakh Ministry of Internal Affairs, Kazakh law enforcement agencies arrested 4 Ukrainian citizens who used hypnosis to commit fraud.
According to the police, on October 17-18, 2 residents of Yeshik City and 1 resident of Koktobe Village reported that they had been deceived. 4 Uzbeks hypnotized their cell phones, gold jewelry, dollars and tenge.

Subsequently, the police conducted a search operation, arresting four Ukrainian citizens aged 25-42 and confiscating some of the stolen jewelry.
The 4 did not fully plead guilty and explained that the victims voluntarily donated money and jewelry free of charge.
According to the Kazakh criminal law, a criminal investigation has been opened into the case. However, because the suspect was not registered in Kazakhstan, he was placed at the reception point.
