Zhang Weili defeated Jessica and Rade in just 42 seconds in Saturday's first UFC championship match, becoming the new UFC women's straw champion and the first UFC champion in Chinese history.

Ronda Rousey, the former UFC women's welterweight champion who was very optimistic about Zhang Weili's victory before the game, also congratulated her on Instagram, which is rare for Rossi, who has rarely made MMA-related remarks in the past two years.

After becoming the UFC women's grassweight champion, Zhang Weili's professional record was updated to 20 wins and 1 loss, of which 20 wins were won consecutively. Her first title defense is likely to lead a PPV event early next year.
