Yangzhou Fuchun Tea Society was founded in 1885, is a flower bureau, a unique tea house, located in The Old Town of Yangzhou Desheng Bridge. Fuchun Tea House was originally named "Fuchun Flower Bureau", and later renamed "Tibetan Chunwu Tea Society", "Borrowing Garden Club", and finally named "Fuchun Tea Society".
Fuchun Tea House's original refreshment making technology is well-known at home and abroad, with the combination of "flowers, tea, points, Lai", "color, fragrance, taste, shape" are excellent, the environment is "leisure, quiet, elegant, suitable" characteristics, as well as quality service, widely praised.
Fuchun Tea House has been rated as "National Special Grade Restaurant", "Chinese Famous Restaurant", "National Green Catering Enterprise" and so on. In December 2006, it was recognized by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China as the first batch of "Chinese Time-honored Brands".
In 2008, "Tea Making Techniques (Fuchun Refreshment Making Techniques)" was included in the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage representative projects.

Fuchun Tea House is famous for its tea. Fuchun "Kui Dragon Ball" tea was prepared by the store itself in the early 2020s. It is made from Longjing in Zhejiang, Kui needle in Anhui, and Zhulan planted in Fuchun Garden. Take the taste of Longjing, the color of Kui needles, and the fragrance of Zhulan, and brew it with the water of the Yangtze River, which is called "one river boiling three provinces tea".
The color is clear, the fragrance is overflowing, the taste is pure and smooth, the thirst is quenched and greasy, and it is refreshing.

The remarkable characteristics of Fuchun bun are: in terms of shape, the mouth resembles the mouth of crucian carp, shaped like water chestnut, and there are more than 30 wavy folds; in terms of taste, pay attention to ingredients, pay attention to freshness, salty, sweet, sour and spicy; in terms of varieties, it changes with the times, the four seasons are different, and the time comes out.
Fuchun Tea House's traditional famous three-ding bao was rated as a famous special food and won the Golden Tripod Award for Quality Products of the Ministry of Commerce. Mille-feuille oil cake and jadeite roast are known as the "Yangzhou Double Absolute" of Fuchun Tea Society.

Fuchun Tea House's dishes are known for their light taste and combination with pastry. The large boiled dried silk knife is finely crafted, the crystal dish hooves are crisp and refreshing, and the chicken wrapped shark fin kung fu is unique.
Fuchun's innovative dishes include peony mandarin fish, eight treasure chicken legs, grass mushroom flower baskets, pine nut plate shrimp, fried shrimp, olive tofu, anchovy skin, bergamot long eel, eight treasure mushroom balls, three-wire knife fish noodles and more than 30 kinds.
