The reason why Haier Industrial Intelligence Research Institute was able to win the "2021 China AI Innovation Enterprise Award" is based on the empowerment of Haier Sino-German refrigerator interconnection factory based on Haier's intelligent +5G. Relying on its own "1+6" R&D system, Haier Zhi research institute's Haian control platform layout covers the key nodes of the industrial process of the basic layer and the application layer, and applies intelligent means such as ar/vr and high-definition industrial camera quality inspection to the production line, opens up the full link of data collection, network transmission, data storage, data platform and IoT application, and provides a fully integrated solution for the internet of things.
The "2021 China AI Innovation Application Award" also benefited from the application of the Haian Control platform. Through the co-construction, sharing and co-creation model to create an industry ecology, the developer community has gathered more than 20,000 algorithm developers, precipitated 200+ algorithms, 200+ scene libraries, served 50 enterprises inside and outside the group, achieved nearly 35 million revenue from platform products and solutions, realized the coverage of all elements such as personnel, equipment, production, warehousing, logistics, and environment, improved the level of digitalization, networking, and intelligence of safe production, and fundamentally eliminated hidden dangers of accidents.
