The police asked the female passenger to delete the video, but the female passenger did not listen. As a result, in the evening, Master Li received a message from the platform that he beat the female passenger, restricted her freedom, and violated the service rules. In this way, Master Li was banned. Master Li felt that he did not restrict the freedom of passengers, and second, he did not pull and beat people, so he was blocked from his account, which was really unjust.
Panyu police later revealed that at that time, the two sides were in a state of dispute, the scene had been mediated, and Master Li did not restrict the freedom of female passengers.
Some lawyers also believe that if the online ride-hailing platform believes that the driver has restricted the freedom of passengers, it should give objective and detailed evidence to finally determine. Otherwise it is not fair to the driver.
In response to the problem of permanent suspension, the online ride-hailing platform Didi Chuxing revealed after verification that the driver and passenger had a quarrel over the children's diet in the car. Children have a special history. After that, the driver called the police, but did not comply with the passenger's request to stop, and at the same time stopped the passenger from taking pictures and snatching the other party's mobile phone. In accordance with the rules of the platform, the driver is suspended for service number processing.
