A special teacher who loves a piece of love to the students
This year marks the 45th anniversary of Li Lie's teaching. For more than 40 years, Li Lie has been proud that she has grasped the true meaning of education that interprets life, "educating love with love". As a teacher, she gave her students the same amount of anticipation. "All students are precious in my eyes, all the same, never swayed by worldly standards."
She believes that "teaching and educating people", "educating people" is the book, "teaching in educating people". The trick of "teaching in education" is to win the hearts of students, and to win the hearts of students, the secret lies in one word - love.
If when she first joined the work, her dedication to students was only with a simple love, then in 1977, when she entered the experimental second primary school, she truly embarked on the journey of growing up as a famous teacher from a young teacher with simple love.
Experimental No. 2 Primary School has always been one of the famous schools in Beijing in history, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, and has rich resources of famous teachers. It was only because of the influence of the Cultural Revolution that many famous teachers were either transferred away or stood aside. Due to the general environment, there is no atmosphere of delving into business in the school. Li Lie, who is studious and dedicated, has a different path.
With that "love" and tenacity for education and students, she visited Guan Minqing, a special teacher of mathematics, and expressed her desire to worship her as a teacher. Frustrated and distraught, Teacher Guan did not immediately agree. After several sincere requests for advice and several questions after listening to the class, Li Lie finally won the recognition and touch of Teacher Guan.
Teacher Guan made an exception and accepted this disciple. Since then, in addition to his own class schedule, Li Lie has filled in Teacher Guan's class schedule, attended his own class, listened to Teacher Guan's class, and asked for advice and discussion on problems he did not understand... It became an integral part of Li Lie's daily work, and almost every week he had to spend Sundays or one or two nights to go to the door to seek advice, often staying for several hours.
Teacher Guan never prevaricates and is upset, and always gives careful advice. This hand-in-hand teaching lasted three years. Under the guidance of famous teachers, Li Lie not only laid a solid foundation for teaching, but also understood what is called the style of famous teachers. "Only by improving the level of teaching and learning exquisite teaching skills can we have the ability to love students," Li Lie said.
Growing up, Yao Shangzhi, the old principal who was also a special teacher of mathematics, was also a nobleman of Li Lie. He taught Li Lie three points: learn to accumulate; pay attention to details, reduce the arbitrariness of teaching; start from students' problems and thinking, adjust and design teaching, and truly realize the main body of students. With the help of President Yao, Li Lie, who is diligent and good at learning, has a deeper and deeper understanding of teaching, and gradually formed his own independent understanding.
Since then, Li Lie, who has accumulated a lot of money, has stood out in the teaching arena, was rated as a senior teacher in middle school in 1992, and represented Beijing in the first national primary school mathematics classroom teaching competition in 1993, winning the first prize. In 1995, he was named a special teacher of mathematics.
From teaching rookies to special teachers, it is inseparable from the guidance of famous teachers and hard training, of course, there is also the love for education that has never changed.
In her monograph "Paint life with the background of love", Li Lie said that being a good teacher is very simple, and it lies in two elements: love and teaching art. These two elements became an important basis for her to put forward educational ideas such as "educating people with two subjects" and "educating love with love".
Only by "nurturing love with love" can education be sublimated
In 1997, Li Lie succeeded the retired principal Yao Shangzhi as the principal of the second primary school of the experiment. When the pace of the country's reform was moving forward in great strides, as the head of a school, Li Lie also began to continue to explore and practice the love of education in her principal career.
Although countless educators are exploring the educational theme of "love", Li Lie has found his own unique insight into "love". After 20 years of practice accumulation and understanding and thinking of love, Li Lie pushed herself and others, and put forward her school philosophy, that is, "love and love" as the main theme, focusing on the common development of students and teachers "dual subject education" thinking. She said that the process of teachers loving students with sincere emotions is a great educational process.
In this process, students' cognition, emotions and behaviors of understanding love, experiencing love, and giving love will be sublimated and perfected, so as to achieve the goal of education. Therefore, "educating love with love" is not only a means of education, but also the purpose of education. To implement the practice of nurturing love with love, teachers should have the "four haves", that is, the emotion of love, the behavior of love, the ability to love, and the wisdom of love.
At that time, the education circle, "taking students as the main body" has gained a consensus, and Li Lie proposed that teachers are also the main body, which caused a lot of controversy in the industry. But Li Lie believes that the key to good education is not only to have a good concept, but also to have a good team of teachers, and a good team must be a group that pursues goals, has judgments and choices, and is automatically spontaneous and proactive. Li Lie is persistent and confident in her educational philosophy, and in the face of teachers, she uses various opportunities to preach the ideas of "double subject education" and "love and love". She personally wrote the implementation manual in the form of 66 questions and answers, and deeply implanted the school-running concepts of "double subject education" and "love and love" deeply implanted in the hearts of teachers through the "'Love and Love' Everyone Talk" activity held every semester, the annual "Volley Cup" competition for young teachers, the in-depth exchange and analysis of school events and small things, the listening and evaluation classes in the classroom every school year, and the leading class of personally operating.

Love continues in the new school
After Li Lie retired from the post of principal of the experimental second primary school, he did not leave education or Xicheng, but founded Zhengze School in 2017.
Zhengze School is a private school with "government support, enterprise operation, and educator running school" for nine years, and the trinity of running a school has attracted much attention. This education reform project, which has never been seen in Xicheng District, is operated by Financial Street Education Investment Co., Ltd.
The school also undertakes a special mission of Xicheng District: to become a training base for principals and teachers in Xicheng, and to provide a variety of learning opportunities and platforms for principals and teachers by giving full play to their leading radiation role and providing a new training model that integrates "concept, curriculum and practice".
Just over a year after the school was opened, many parents came to "run" with their children, which made Li Lie extremely moved.
The word "Zhengze" is Li Lieqi, which means "Zhengben Zegen" and "Zhengjize people". "Zheng" highlights the moral habits of children's cultivation, the combination of Chinese and Western in dual use, and the law of education in which tranquility is positive; "Ze" pursues the wisdom and flexibility of the good as water, the silent true love of moisturizing things without traces, and the colorful teaching according to the talents. But the real connotation of this new school is still "love".
Li Lie said that education is facing people. The highest human emotion is love. Love is the nature of animals, but human love is different, especially the love of education, is wise, rational, rich in emotions, and full of philosophy. This love is everywhere. A person who has no love in his life is sad and desolate. If education is without love, it must be without vitality.
"Nurturing love with love" will eventually fall on people. Li Lie said, "The cultivation of children can be condensed in the simplest but most meaningful word - people." The left one, which represents the study, is the development of cognition, the landing point is the quality of thinking, and the cultivation is the wisdom of people; the right one, representing being a person, is the development of sociality, the landing point is the quality of virtue, and the cultivation of human virtue. But after 5 years, a miracle happened, it could magically grow 30 centimeters a day, and in just a few months, it grew into a towering dense bamboo forest.
What is the reason for this miracle? It's the root! In the first 5 years, the growth of moso bamboo was not seen on the ground, but underground, moso bamboo struggled to take root, growing deep and dense roots that extended to hundreds of meters! It is this developed root system that gives the explosive power of the magical growth of Moso Bamboo!
Li Lie said, "Of course, the growth of this kind of moso bamboo has strict requirements for the environment, climate, soil, humidity and other conditions.
