Pea grains 100 g

1 red pepper

Practice steps
1: Prepare ingredients: peas, ginkgo biloba, lilies washed with water; lotus root, carrot, red pepper washed and diced
2. Blanch the lotus root
3: Blanch carrots
4: Blanch the peas
5: Blanch ginkgo biloba
6: Put a small amount of oil in the pot, when the oil temperature is 60% hot, add the blanched water, control the dried lotus root, carrot, peas and ginkgo biloba, stir-fry evenly
7: Add 2 tablespoons of hot water and stir-fry well, add salt to taste
8: When the soup is almost dry, add lilies and red pepper and stir-fry
9: When the lilies become translucent, stir-fry well
