Description: Home cooking - stir-fried shrimp with parsley
200 g shrimp
Celery 200 g
Half a carrot
scallions
Ginger a little
Wine
salt
Chicken essence
0. After washing the shrimp to the sand line, use kitchen paper to absorb the water, add ginger, a small spoon of cooking wine, a small spoon of dry starch and 1/2 teaspoon of salt, pinch a few times with your hands, put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate for at least half an hour. (Be sure to suck the water dry before sizing the shrimp, otherwise it will produce water when frying, affecting the effect. I didn't do it very well this time, there was a lot of water)
1. Wash and slice the celery and carrots, add boiling water for half a minute, remove from cold water to cool down and drain
2. Heat the pan into the oil, after the oil temperature under the shrimp sautéed for half a minute.(When frying shrimp, the pot must be heated and then put oil, but the oil temperature can not be too high, 60% hot can be sautéed in the pot, so that it will not stick to the pot, and the shape of the shrimp fried is good.)
3. Add celery and carrot slices, add salt and chicken essence, sprinkle with green onion and stir-fry well
