Neusoft Education (09616): Arpai and Liu Jiren terminate voting proxy rights

Neusoft Education (09616) announced that, after the consent of Both Alpai and Liu Jiren, Alpai and Liu Jiren entered into a termination deed on September 8, 2021, according to which the parties agreed to unconditionally and irrevocably terminate the right of Alpai voting proxy, and all existing or potential rights, obligations and liabilities arising under The Voting Agency of Alpai will be immediately terminated and extinguished for all purposes and effects; And the parties acknowledge and confirm that the termination of The Alberta voting proxy will not affect the validity of any act or thing done prior to the signing of the termination deed.
