After the death of sun yat-sen, the father of the country, Chiang Kai-shek became the successor of the Kuomintang, and Chiang Kai-shek's ambitions immediately became apparent, and at the same time he launched a counter-revolutionary coup that shocked the country and arrested members of our party. During this period, Chen Yannian, as the core figure of our party, secretly held an emergency meeting in Jiangsu, but unexpectedly the location of the meeting was known to the reactionaries. Upon hearing the news that the reactionaries had come to arrest him, Chen Yannian quickly fled the venue with his men.
It turned out that the secret meeting held by Chen Yannian had already been secretly reported to the reactionaries by the rebels in the party, and only then did the meeting rush to stop and flee in the middle of the meeting. Fortunately, the members of the Party have been safely transferred, but because of the haste of escape, many confidential documents of our Party have been left in the room where the meeting was held. In order to ensure that the confidential documents were not leaked, Chen Yannian decided to take the risk of taking the risk and bringing out all the documents.
Chen Yannian knew very well that if he was caught by the reactionaries, he would be shot, so all the members involved in the operation dressed up and disguised as a group of gangsters to sneak into the scene. Just as the so-called mantis catching cicadas and yellow finches were behind them, just as Chen Yannian and his party entered the venue, all the reactionaries hidden around them raised their guns and surrounded them.
During his imprisonment, Chen Yannian did not sit still, and at the same time did not admit his identity, he tried everything as a brother-in-law, and finally wrote a letter with the help of his friend Liu Fangyue and sent it to Wang Mengzou's hands. Wang Mengzou did not know how to be good after seeing the letter, and in a hurry, he found Mr. Hu Shi to help, and after some thought, Mr. Hu Shi decided to find Wu Zhihui, a powerful close confidant of Chiang Kai-shek, who was victorious from it, but he did not expect that Hu Shi's behavior actually harmed Chen Yannian.

For this reason, the anxious executioner frantically laid a machete on Chen Yannian, and Comrade Chen Yannian, the hero of our party's revolution, finally died heroically at the age of 29.
