The "Birdman" Rozov danced on the cliff and played the song of freedom and flight

Film description:

Russian Valery Rozov flew a wingsuit flight on the north slope of Mount Everest on May 5, 2013. Rozov and 4 sherpas climbed to 7220 meters on the north slope of Everest for a wingsuit flight. They set off from Kathmandu and spent five days at the North Slope Base Camp for just 3 weeks of adaptation training. Fearing a hurricane on Everest, Rozov decided to start flying as early as possible. At 2:30 p.m. on the 5th, the temperature was minus 18 degrees, and he jumped from 7220 meters. It is said that since the take-off point is not without protrusions too high, it is very dangerous to fly in the thin air space during the first period. At close proximity to the ground, his extreme speed reached 200 km / h and lasted for nearly 1 minute.

Finally he landed safely on the Rongbu Glacier (5950 meters). Rozov prepared for the flight for 2 years, which was also the highest altitude he went up to. This was also the highest altitude in history at that time.

valery rozov (Rozov)

Rozov was born in 1964 in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia.

If man is born with wings, then this man must be Rozov. He is definitely a legend of fixed-point skydiving and skydiving. Winner of two-time skydiving world championships (1999 and 2003), European and World Cup titles (2002), skateboarding extreme sports champion (1998), and Russian mountaineering champion (2002 and 2004), he is the world record holder for skydiving. He also organized regular skydiving in the high mountains of every continent on Earth.

In 2009, Rozov received a new world honor: the first person in history to parachute into the mutnovskiy active crater of Russia's Kamchatka Peninsula in a wingsuit.

Rozov was not satisfied with the glory he had, and in 2010 he led a team of men and horses to the south pole of the world, jumping from the most beautiful ulvetana mountain in the world...

In 2012, he set foot on the Himalayas and jumped from shivling (6540 meters); in 2013, he once again created an unprecedented miracle, jumping from Mount Everest in the alpine region, at an altitude of 7220 meters; in 2016, he broke his record again, jumping from 7700 meters of Zhuo Aoyou Peak.

That's not the whole story of him. Rozov's skydives have spread throughout Patagonia's cerro torre, torres del pain, Urbrus's kukurtlu, caucasus's ushba, Grand Choras, Mont Blanc, petit dru, Matterhorn, Karakoram's amin brakk, Canada's Baffin Island's Galleon Peak, Kilimanjaro Peak and flying over the Tatar Strait (from the mainland to Sakhalin Island) in wingsuits.

Although his experience is full of legends, Rozov, like us, has a simple and ordinary life, and he enjoys spending time with his family. An adrenaline-pumping explorer, Rozov also has a diverse personality and roles: loves to travel, organizes various events and TV shows, stunt performers, cares for his family, and at the same time, yearns for freedom.
