Qing Dynasty calligrapher Li Wentian's calligraphy works are appreciated

Li Wentian (1834–1895), also spelled Sheguang and Zhongyue, was the third to explore flowers in the ninth year of Xianfeng (1859) and was appointed to the Hanlin Academy. Li Wentian was good at calligraphy and painting, and Empress Dowager Cixi painted, and often ordered Li Wentian, Xu Qi, Lu Runyu, and Lu Baozhong, a jinshi, to write inscriptions for them.
