The Shaanxi Guanfu Cuisine Culture Salon has changed from the original internal dish inheritance exchange to the current Shaanxi catering industry and even the national intangible cultural summit forum organization, which has become a beautiful business card of Shaanxi cuisine.
At the end of the activity, after summarizing the work of the previous year, the representative spokesperson also made a work plan for 2018 and the new year, in order to strengthen the teaching and training of the basic skills and techniques of Shaanxi cuisine, and to evaluate the basic dishes of the team members, while also including the training of business philosophy, professional theory and management knowledge into the content of the salon activities and mainly based on on-site technical teaching, dish evaluation and display, training, etc.; in order to improve the efficiency and high quality of each activity, It is planned to adjust the salon activity time to two months in 2018 and a comprehensive summary once every six months. And in accordance with the division of labor of the salon organizing committee, the secretariat, the discipline inspection office and the technical research and development team will actively cooperate with the team members to adjust the dishes and assist in large-scale activities, and the details are planned to be divided into several teams, and a clearer division of labor will not only help individuals improve their skills, but also have a positive role in promoting the diversified development of the later salon platform.
In terms of promoting Shaanxi cuisine culture and carrying forward the cultural spirit, the Shaanxi Guanfu cuisine team will actively cooperate with the government and the association to participate in various activities in promoting Shaanxi cuisine and promoting Shaanxi food culture from all walks of life, and plan to carry out 3 exchange activities outside the province to promote Shaanxi cuisine and promote Shaanxi food culture.
