Due to his hard work and outstanding performance, he was promoted to deputy director of the Finance and Trade Office of the county party committee a few years later, transferred to the Zuoyun County Grain Bureau as deputy director in 1968, and transferred to the Zuoyun County Construction Bank as the president in 1974 until his glorious retirement from the Zuoyun County Construction Bank in 1984.

After leaving retirement, his father did not fade after retiring from his post, adhered to the party spirit, did not forget his original intention, exerted his residual heat, and worked hard.
