British Prime Minister Johnson apologized against Israeli Energy Minister Karin Elhara.
According to CNN and National Public Radio, Karin Elhara, who traveled to Glasgow for the United Nations Climate Change Conference, suffers from muscular dystrophy and needs to be transported in a wheelchair. On November 1, local time, Karin Elhara was taken to several entrances to the venue, but eventually could not be accessed because there was no barrier-free access.

Upon learning of the incident, Israeli Prime Minister Bennett contacted Elhara and said it was "unacceptable" that she was excluded from the meeting, adding that he would make sure she was in the next day.
