Hello everyone, we are the handmade tea making team in Hangzhou Shifeng Longjing. We uphold the belief, inherit the ancient techniques, and have always insisted on making tea by hand. Through continuous learning and exchanges, all three of us have won good results in different stir-frying competitions. This time to participate in the rare white cup "Chinese Star Tea Maker", is to hope that with more young people, participate in the traditional tea making team, and jointly inherit China's traditional tea culture.
Vermilion warbler
Lingyin Shangtianzhu from Hangzhou's West Lake Scenic Area. Under the influence of her father,At a very young age, she was full of feelings for West Lake Longjing tea. Accompanied by the mountains and danced with tea, the comfortable life of the tea garden nourished her innocent and beautiful character. "Raising people with tea, making tea with heart" is her understanding of tea.
Hu Jiajun
His father is Hu Longyun, the "West Lake Longjing Stir-fry Master" awarded by the Hangzhou Municipal Government in 2017, under the influence of his father, he read and read from an early age, and officially began to learn tea making at the age of 19. After graduating from university, after the 90s, he resolutely chose to go home to inherit the traditional West Lake Longjing tea making skills. After nearly 10 years of precipitation, in 2021, he won the title of "West Lake Longjing Stir-frying Expert" in the West Lake Longjing Scenic Area Stir-fry Competition, and represented the West Lake Scenic Area in the provincial competition, and won the "second place" in the first West Lake Longjing Heritage Competition and the "third place" in the Spring Tea Festival Stir-fry Competition.
Although kung fu is not practiced in one day, this young man is using his own practical actions. Forge ahead, bravely undertake the mission, pass on the skills, and work with their father to guard their most original piece of West Lake Longjing tea.
Yang Hongmin
A native of Wengjiashan Village, Xihu District, Hangzhou, with a master's degree from the University of Hong Kong, he has won the titles of Senior Tea Maker, Senior Tea Artist, National Second-level Tea Appraiser, etc., and won the third prize in the first Shifeng Longjing Tea Making Technique Inheritance Competition. In 2014, he founded the brand of "Yang Ming All Over the World", and has participated in tea fairs in Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, the United States and other places for many times, committed to promoting the Shifeng Longjing in his hometown.
"Because I like, it is more responsibility" is her declaration of participation, "Chinese tea, world tea" is her belief, and she hopes that her hometown tea will be more international.
