"Post-95" anti-"epidemic" doctor sunburn experience: diapers will also freeze hard

The sudden outbreak of the epidemic made october in the Ejin Banner of the Alxa League in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region no longer unusual.

On October 17, the Xi'an Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention found two passengers who tested positive for nucleic acid among tourists. After verification, the two had previously arrived at Ejin Banner together to play.

Road closures, scenic closures, large-scale nucleic acid testing... The epidemic has disrupted the rhythm of the Ejin Naqi tourism season.

Over the past few days, medical personnel, public security police, soldiers, and volunteers have moved at the behest of orders and run to the front line of the fight against the "epidemic".

Among them are experienced doctors, brave mothers in the hearts of children, and "post-95s" who are not afraid of tigers in newborn calves... They rushed to the eye of the storm of this round of epidemic - Ejin Naqi.

On October 25, Cui Jingsen, a "post-95" doctor who was in his second year of employment, went to Ejin Banner as a member of the first medical team of the Mongolian Medical Hospital in Urat Houqi, Bayannaoer City. In his spare time, he wrote a work diary to record his experience and feelings about fighting the "epidemic".

October 25

Today is a day to remember. At 6:00 a.m., the president personally tied me a safety charm, and with the epidemic prevention materials prepared by the hospital, my colleagues and I set off for Ejin Banner, more than 800 kilometers away.

On the same day, our group greeted the sunset and came to the Ceke port more than 70 kilometers away from Ejin Naqi to carry out nucleic acid testing.

When we arrived at the Ceke Port CDC, residents who had been waiting for a long time welcomed us. "Thank you to the medical staff", "You have worked hard"... I can't care about the emotions that are surging in my heart, change into protective clothing, and we must put into work as quickly as possible.

October 27

Putting on that incapacitated protective suit means that you may not eat, drink or go to the toilet for a day, so everyone wants to give residents as many nucleic acid tests as possible when supplies are limited.

Each time a nucleic acid sample is taken, it is necessary to detoxify once. At the same time, the environment we live in is constantly disinfecting.

As the temperature gets lower and lower, the sampled cotton swabs also begin to become brittle, and many cotton swabs break up when they are touched.

By the time the ground was frozen, the gloves were frozen, and the diapers were frozen, we had to finish the day's sampling.

October 28

At the forefront of the fight against the "epidemic", the daily working hours of medical staff are not fixed, and when eating and sleeping, the tasks that will come at any time make everyone not slack. Even if they are so tired that they can fall asleep when they sit on a chair, everyone does not dare to sleep too deeply, for fear of delaying their work.

The living conditions and material reserves at the Ceke port are relatively poor compared to those in the Ejina Banner, and due to the limited number of rooms in the isolated hotel, some staff members can only rest on beds made of chairs in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel.

Although the conditions here are limited, no one complains, because we all have the confidence that we will be able to defeat the epidemic.

October 30

Today is the 6th day of coming to Ejin Naqi, and I am still at the Ceke port. In the morning, because there was no suitable protective clothing, I was on standby at the hotel, and in the afternoon, I transferred more than a dozen sets of large protective clothing and gloves from Ejin Banner.

Today's task is to collect nucleic acids from homes, collecting a total of 130 people. It is not much to say, but due to the particularly scattered residence of the residents, the collection work continued until 20:30.

At 21:00, just finished dinner. Received a job notice that 3,800 people will undergo the 8th round of nucleic acid testing tonight. There is no notice of what time to leave, and it is estimated that after completion, it will be more than 4 a.m. tomorrow, and it will be another sleepless night.

October 31

Last night's nucleic acid collection continued until 5 o'clock this morning, just slept for a while, and then notified the residents who were in home isolation to collect nucleic acid, and it was busy until 16 o'clock.

I didn't have time to eat dinner, breakfast, and lunch, and now I feel tired, thirsty, and sleepy. From yesterday to now, sleep time is less than 2 hours, most want to drink a big sip of water, and then sleep.

I believe that everyone will work together and work together, and the epidemic will soon pass. When the epidemic is over, I will go back to eat roast duck, cake, barbecue, hot pot... (Zhang Linhu)
