What do I need to pay attention to when taking digestive enzyme preparations?

For dyspepsia, whether it is functional dyspepsia or organic dyspepsia, supplementation with digestive enzyme preparations is an important and commonly used treatment.

At present, the commonly used digestive enzyme preparations in domestic clinical practice include multi-enzyme tablets, pancreatic enzyme enteric-coated capsules, compound azimuta enteric-coated tablets and mitrex pancreatic enzyme tablets.

Caution should be taken when taking:

1. Multi-enzyme tablets: Take the medicine half an hour before meals, but do not chew the tablets.

2. Pancreatic enzyme enteric-coated capsules: swallow the whole capsule half an hour before meals, do not open or dissolve after taking, should not be taken with acidic drugs.

3. Compound digestive enzyme capsules: take after meals, the capsules can be opened when taking, but not chewed.

4. Compound azimid enteric-coated tablets: take half an hour after a meal, do not chew.

5. Aspergillus pancreatic enzyme tablets: take immediately after or after eating, do not chew.
