Recently, the Hong Kong Council tested 40 samples of natural and processed cheeses on the market and found that 29 models, that is, more than 70% of them were high-fat choices, and more than 60% of them were high-fat, of which 45% were both high-fat and high-sodium, of which the goat milk cheese sold by city'super, "Etoki Reserve Le Fromage Basque Sheep's Milk Cheese", was the highest fat list, and "Avent High-Calcium Low-Fat Cheese" had the highest sodium, and half a pack of food exploded.

The Hong Kong Council collected samples of 28 natural cheeses and 12 processed cheeses from supermarkets, ingredient stores, department stores, chillers and cheese counters to test cheeses on various nutrients, aflatoxins, preservatives, microorganisms, etc.

The test results showed that 29 of the 40 samples reached "high fat" levels, that is, more than 20 grams of total fat per 100 grams of food.
Among them, the sample of "Etoki Reserve Le Fromage Basque Sheep's Milk Cheese" from the supermarket city'super has the highest total fat content, containing 37.7 grams per 100 grams, 9.8 grams of total fat if adults eat 26 grams per serving, and exceed the standard if they eat seven servings a day.
Chisler was the lowest total fat sample with 13.4 grams per 100 grams, and although it was labeled as low in fat, it was still not at a low fat level, and adults who consumed five tablets exceeded the daily intake limit.
At the same time, city'super also has the highest saturated fatty acid content, which is 3 times that of the lowest sample of shishiroth.
The test results also showed that 25 cheese samples reached the "high sodium" food level, that is, more than 600 mg of sodium per 100 grams of solid food, while the average sodium content of processed cheese was twice as high as that of natural cheese.

It is reported that the Hong Kong CFS has followed up on 12 samples referred by the Council, and believes that the 4 samples are not in violation of the law, and has notified the Council to adjust the results of the report, and has followed up on another 8 samples, such as requiring the merchant concerned to stop selling the products involved.
