After Ma Ying-jeou became chairman of the Kuomintang in 2005, in order to get the KUOMINTANG to withdraw from the media operation within the time limit, he entrusted CIC to sell the shares of "China Television", "China Film", and "China Broadcasting" and the old party department building, but was questioned by the outside world about selling the "three Middle Schools" at a low price, suspected of profiting the buyer.
In 2006, former DPP Chairman You Xikun and others denounced the "Supreme People's Procuratorate" Investigation Center in Taiwan, accusing Ma Ying-jeou of instructing Huaxia Company in December 2005 to sell "China Television," "China Broadcasting", and "China Film" to Rongli Company of China Times Group for NT$4 billion.

The internal trading disrupted the financial order even more harmful to the shareholders, and its heart was reprehensible, and it was dragged out until now that it had to be sentenced, but Zhao Jianming's father and son were obviously sentenced to light, is this really "late justice"?
Taiwan media have revealed that the stock speculation case is only a small side branch under the big black curtain of corruption in the Chen Shui-bian family; Chen Shui-bian, who was sentenced to a heavy sentence, went around after being released on medical parole and could also host radio programs; Wu Shuzhen, chen Shui-bian's wife, who was also sentenced to a heavy sentence, has never even been imprisoned.
