Zhang Yudong, infrastructure director of the Engineering Department of FAW Group, told reporters that the project was listed as a key "three mornings" project in Changchun City, providing services such as opening a "green channel" to apply for temporary construction permits, and officially started construction on April 15 last year, 30 days earlier than the estimated start time. It took only 14.5 months for the project to be completed and delivered.

Massive data is fed into a unified data center, providing an important reference for all aspects of production and manufacturing.

Develop the automotive industry. Relying on Changchun FAW driverless cars and other projects, we will build supporting industrial clusters such as automotive paint and gears, and accelerate the layout and construction of automobile industrial parks in Qianguo County and Changling County.

Develop the equipment manufacturing industry. In recent years, Jilin City, as the "cradle" of China's carbon fiber industry, has accelerated the improvement of the whole industrial chain of carbon fiber, becoming one of the fastest growing areas in China's carbon fiber industry, and is making every effort to build China's "carbon valley".

On October 8, in the carbonization workshop of Jilin Chemical Fiber Guoxing Carbon Fiber Company, the white carbon fiber precursor was running in an orderly manner on the silk road, and the temperature in each oxidation furnace rose steadily according to the set value. With the successful output of pre-oxygen wire from the No. 6 oxidation furnace, the Jilin Chemical Fiber 15,000 tons carbon fiber project Line 7 was successfully commissioned. This is also the third large tow carbonization line put into production by Guoxing Carbon Fiber Company during the year.

In September this year, the Jilin Chemical Fiber 12,000 tons carbon fiber composite project was launched in the Jilin Economic Development Zone. The project covers an area of 134,000 square meters, with a planned total investment of 1.6 billion yuan, mainly building 12,000 tons of carbonization line, 10,000 tons of carbon fiber pultrusion board, 4 million square meters of carbon fiber woven fabric project, is expected to be put into operation in August 2022.

"The 12,000-ton carbon fiber composite project products are mainly used in green new energy such as wind power and photovoltaics, as well as building reinforcement and other fields." Sun Xiaojun, deputy general manager of Jilin Chemical Fiber Group Company, told reporters that the project is one of the projects of China's Jilin National Carbon Fiber Industrial Park that Jilin Province focuses on building, and it is also one of the whole industrial chain projects of Jilin Chemical Fiber with an annual output of 300,000 tons of carbon fiber.

Up to now, Jilin City has 25 carbon fiber production enterprises such as Jilin Chemical Fiber and Jilin Carbon Valley, including 12 enterprises on the regulations, and has realized the large-scale production of 4 series of carbon fiber downstream products and more than 10 kinds of terminal products. The city's carbon fiber industry has more than 60 intellectual property rights, "carbon fiber filament oil agent, sizing agent" and "25K-50K polyacrylonitrile-based profilament and carbon fiber industrialization technology" and other scientific research achievements have reached the international advanced level of similar products, filling the domestic gap. It is estimated that by the end of this year, the carbon fiber precursor production capacity of Jilin City will reach 60,000 tons, and the carbon fiber production capacity will reach 24,000 tons, continuing to maintain the domestic leading position; the annual carbon fiber industry will achieve an output value of 3 billion yuan, an increase of 100% year-on-year.

During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Jilin City will focus on the high-quality development strategy of "one main and six doubles", focus on key areas such as new energy vehicles, wind and solar power generation, aerospace, pressure vessels, and hydrogen energy utilization, and build a carbon fiber industry cluster with Jilin chemical fiber as the main force, and strive to reach 310,000 tons of raw silk production capacity, 100,000 tons of carbon wire production capacity, 50,000 tons of composites and products, and 50 billion yuan of carbon fiber industry by 2025.
