It is reported that tomorrow at 9:30 a.m., a traditional ceremony will be held in the underground spiritual hall of the World Funeral Home, and a police funeral will be held inside the spiritual hall and outside the funeral home. Afterwards, the funeral procession will leave the funeral home and go to the headquarters of the Marine Police Sub-district of the Shipyard Government Shipyard of Aung Chuan Chau to perform road sacrifices, and then hold a burial ceremony at Heheshi Haoyuan at about noon.

According to Radio Television Hong Kong, Carrie Lam, chief executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and some members of the Executive Council will also attend, and the Executive Council will be adjourned tomorrow.

On September 25, during the interception of smuggling boats in the waters around Hong Kong's Shazhou, Lam Wan-yee was maliciously overturned by the smuggling speedboat, and Lam Wan-yi was recovered two days after falling into the sea and disappearing. On October 11, the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department held a press conference on the "Qingwan Operation", and Yang Bingsheng, deputy director of the Guangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau, introduced the investigation and handling of the "9.25" speedboat hitting a Hong Kong law enforcement ship and causing the death of Hong Kong police.

Yang Bingsheng said that on September 25, when the Hong Kong police were inspecting smuggling ships in the waters around Shazhou, a law enforcement boat was rammed by a smuggling speedboat, causing 4 police officers to fall into the water, of which Senior Inspector Lam Wan-yee of the Hong Kong Marine Police unfortunately died in the line of duty.

The Guangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau quickly mobilized elite forces to set up a special task force and targeted Deng Moubiao (male, 31 years old) and Deng Mouqiao (male, 35 years old, both from Guangzhou) two major suspects involved in the case and their suspected smuggling gang members. On October 1 and 2, the Guangzhou Municipal Public Security Organs, together with the Yangjiang Municipal Public Security Organs, successively arrested Deng Moubiao, Deng Mouqiao and other suspects involved in the case.
