Cavity exercises are the first step in the basic training of sound. The following are the specific training steps

Three steps: mouth exercises, breathing and vocal exercises

1. [Mouth Exercises]

Done by the lips and tongue, practice the strength of the tongue, the flexibility, where the tongue is placed in the mouth, how to flexibly find that position, and immediately put it in the position that should be placed.

1. Bite the apple

Raise a small fist in the right hand, open the mouth, the mouth is open, and the small fist slowly approaches the direction of the mouth, one loose and one open, one retreat and one close. 10 times

2. Lips ringing

The power should be concentrated in the middle of the lips, making a crisp sound, fast and loud, until there is a feeling of numbness and crispness. 2 minutes

3. Turn your lips

Pout your mouth and turn 10 times clockwise and counterclockwise

4. Fish bubble sound

Pursing his lips, his cheeks bulging and squirting out a sound. 10 times

5. Blow lips

Use the breath to continuously blow the lips, and gently blow at a uniform speed to make the breath longer

6. Tongue swinging

The mouth is slightly open and makes an e-sounding mouth shape. The tongue swings back and forth for 30 seconds, then back and forth for another 30 seconds.

7. Wrap your tongue around your tongue

The mouth is closed, the tongue is 360 degrees in a clockwise and counterclockwise direction, the faster the better, improve the flexibility of the tongue, 4 eight beats in each direction

8. Tongue beating

Increase the strength of the tongue and make a sound similar to "stepping"

II. [Breath]

1. Slow inhale and exhale

The inhalation should be deep and deep, feel the breath sinking slowly, feel the two ribs slowly open. After taking a full breath, slowly make an "S" sound, keep the breath even, stable, and concentrated, and there will be a more and more inward support feeling in the back of the abdomen.

4. Blowing paper
