Yam corn pork rib soup

Cooking steps

Step 1. Preparation of ingredients.

Step 2. Cut the ribs into sections, blanch in cold water for 15 minutes, add the shallots and ginger slices, cut the corn and yam into small pieces and set aside, blanch the ribs with boiling water and rinse well.

Step 3. Place the ribs, corn, yam, dates and sliced ginger to a suitable amount in a casserole dish, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 2 hours on low heat.

Step 4. Five minutes before cooking, add the right amount of salt, cook for five minutes and then out of the pot.
