A piece of tofu
A few shiitake mushrooms
A few diced vegetables (corn, carrots, green beans) according to personal preference
2 scoops of soy sauce
1: Cut the tofu into small pieces, sprinkle evenly with a little salt, gently shake a few times and marinate for a while.
2: Heat the oil in a pan, when the oil is 8 minutes hot, put in the tofu cubes, fry until the skin is crispy, golden brown on both sides, and set aside.
3: Stir-fry the remaining oil in the pot with chopped shiitake mushrooms and diced vegetables.
4: Pour in the tofu cubes that have just been fried.
5: Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
6: Stir-fry evenly to get out of the pan.
