South Korean female artist Shin Eun-kyung won the Best Actress Award at the 43rd Japanese Film Academy Awards for "The News Reporter".

At the 43rd Japanese Film Academy Awards held on the 6th of this month, Shen Eun-kyung defeated rivals such as Yoshinaga Koyuri and Fumi Nijido to win the Best Actress Award at this year's awards, which was the first time in the history of the awards ceremony that a Korean actress won the Best Actress Award.
