First, the cultivation mode
1, the use of small shed cover:
During January, using the sun or the inland hotline of the greenhouse plus the small shed cover seedlings, the colonization is carried out in early to mid-March, first covered with mulch film and then colonized, and then the small shed is covered after colonization.
2. Greenhouse cultivation:
At the beginning of December, seedlings are raised using cold beds or electric hotlines in the shed, colonized in late February, and a small shed is built with a greenhouse, and harvested from April to early August.
3. Rain shelter cultivation:
Similar to greenhouse cultivation, the difference is that the greenhouse day is not unveiled in the whole period, only the apron curtain is removed, so that the canopy can prevent rain in the rainy season and summer, and the canopy is covered with a shade net, which has effective cooling and allows tomatoes to extend the supply period for at least one month.
4. Postponement of greenhouse autumn cultivation:
The sowing period is from late June to early July, the fixed time is selected at the end of August, and it can be launched from September to December. Choose to cover the greenhouse film insulation in October, and multiple coverage can extend the fruit supply time.
Second, the requirements for temperature, light, water and fertilizer
Cherry tomatoes have the characteristics of warm, light, fertilizer and semi-drought tolerance, which are basically the same as ordinary tomatoes.
1. Temperature
Cherry tomatoes have different temperature requirements at different reproductive times. The appropriate temperature for seed germination is 28~30°C, and the minimum germination temperature is 12C; seedling. The temperature is 20~25C during the day and 10~15C at night; The flowering period is more sensitive to temperature response, especially 5 to 9 days before flowering, and the temperature requirements are more stringent on the day of flowering and within 2 to 3 days after flowering. The temperature is 20~309C during the day and 15~20C at night, and it is not conducive to the normal development and flowering of the flowering period if it is lower than 15C or higher than 35°C. In the result period, the temperature was 25-28C during the day and 16-20C at night, and the temperature difference between day and night was maintained at 8-10C.
2. Illumination
Cherry tomatoes are light-loving crops with a light saturation point of 70,000 Lux. When illuminance decreases, photosynthesis decreases significantly. In cultivation, the illuminance of 30,000~35,000 Lux or more is generally guaranteed to maintain its normal growth and development.
3. Moisture
Cherry tomatoes are semi-drought-tolerant vegetables. Under the condition of relative air humidity of 45% to 50%, the seedlings grow faster. The humidity is too high, it is easy to grow and produce diseases, so watering should be properly controlled in the seedling stage before the first inflorescence bears fruit. The soil is too watery, which is easy to cause a large number of flowers to fall. After the first inflorescence fruit is expanded and the fruit is in full bloom, it should be watered a lot to meet the needs of growth and development.

4. Soil
Cherry tomatoes are less demanding on the soil but grow poorly in poorly drained clay loam soils. Therefore, sandy loam soil with deep soil layer, fertility, good aeration, convenient drainage and strong water retention should be selected. The demand for nutrients is that potassium is the largest, followed by nitrogen and phosphorus.
