According to French media reports on the 31st, Mullah Hibatullah Akhundzada, the leader of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA), appeared for the first time in a religious center in Kandahar Province.

Muhammad Jalal, a member of the Taliban's cultural committee, tweeted that Ahonzada gave a 10-minute speech at the religious academy Madrasa Hakima. Although no video footage was left, the voice clip of Akhonzada's speech was broadcast publicly.

Akhonzada has lived in seclusion in recent years, not making public appearances. The media had only one photo of him. As a result, there are reports that Ahozada has died, but this has been denied by the Taliban. Meanwhile, many people in Afghanistan have said on social media that Akhonzada is dead, but the Taliban don't want to share the incident with the public because they hid the death of former Taliban leader Mohammad Omar.

According to the CCTV news client, Afghan Taliban spokesman Mujahid told reporters at a press conference on September 7 that the Taliban's supreme leader Akhnzada will lead the country as an "emir". But since then, there have been news from the Tajikistan side that it has died in the attack in 2020. (End)
