According to the Russian satellite network reported on the 15th, a witness said that a "suicide bomb attack" occurred at a Shiite mosque in Kandahar Province, Afghanistan, causing many casualties.

Agence France-Presse reported that the blast had killed at least seven people. "So far, 7 dead and 13 injured have been taken to our hospital." A medical worker said.

On October 8, local time, a Shiite mosque in Kunduz, the capital of Kunduz Province, was also attacked by suicide bombers, killing and injuring nearly 200 people.
