The plan mentions that the construction of architectural style in the industrial site agglomeration area will be promoted, and industrial cultural elements will be integrated into the overall "spatial planning" of the city and the urban design and preparation of "two rivers and four banks", so as to achieve "beautiful points, online penetration, and surface improvement". At the same time, we will strengthen the protection and utilization of the heritage of old industrial zones, bring together emerging industries, cultural and creative industries, cultural industries, and tourism industries, tell the "story" of industrial culture, and build a number of characteristic cultural and creative creative industrial parks, characteristic commercial blocks, cultural tourism blocks, and industrial heritage tourist attractions.

Among them, the largest investment is the flood control and revetment improvement of the magnetic well section of the Jialing River, with a total investment of 6.3 billion yuan. The project will construct 10.8 km of municipal roads and 11 km of embankments, which will be completed in December this year.
The Fuling 816 Project was once a top-secret military project, hidden under jinzi Mountain in Baitao Street, Fuling District. Since the site was selected in 1966, more than 60,000 people participated in the construction of the project, creating a rare military giant hole.
At present, the Fuling 816 Project Scenic Area is being upgraded, and the construction of tourist reception centers, construction troop camps, cave areas, impression streets, memorial experience areas, third-line paradise areas, tourism supporting service facilities and landscape projects and other projects, the first phase of which is the tourist service center area and the cave area. The project will invest 200 million yuan and is expected to be completed in January next year.
