Purple potatoes --- half a pc
Glutinous rice flour --- two bowls

method
Make red bean paste
A bowl of red beans, soaked for more than three hours in advance.
Put in the pressure cooker and turn the beans to the key to boil.
Immediately after opening the pot, put the sugar and stir and simmer.

Purple potatoes are diced and steamed.
After steaming, press the back of a spoon while it is hot to make it soft.

Make purple potato milk paste
Add some milk and stir well, preferably without particles into a paste. Microwave a little bit into milk purple potato paste.
Knead the glutinous rice balls
Prepare a pot of glutinous rice flour, and pour purple potato milk paste into the center of the hole. Stir with chopsticks to form snowflakes.
Then knead by hand into a somewhat moist, non-sticky ball.
(If the glutinous rice flour is too dry and there is no milk paste, you can add some hot water appropriately)
At this time, the red beans are estimated to be out of the pot ~
Start making sticky rice crackers
Preheat oven to 210 degrees and stock
Make bread
Take out the agent by hand, knead it into a circle and then flatten it, press your thumb toward the center to expand, and put the red bean paste into it. Wrap it up. Press in the sautéed sesame seeds. Shake off excess sesame seeds~
(Try to press it as thin as possible, it will be crispy on the outside and sticky on the inside)
Scones
Spread out a piece of tin foil and put glutinous rice cakes on it. Use a brush to brush a thin layer of oil on it. Bake at 210 degrees for 20 minutes.
