China Angel Federation (formerly China Young Angels Association) was founded on January 5, 2013 by Xu Xiaoping, founder of Zhen Fund, Yang Ning, founding partner of Lebo Capital, a serial successful entrepreneur, Cai Wensheng, chairman of Meitu Xiuxiu, and Mai Gang, founder of Startup Workshop, and dozens of angel investors in the industry. With the mission of promoting the standardized and healthy development of China's angel investment industry, we advocate the purpose of "joint investment, win-win and openness". There are currently nearly 200 angel investors active in the front line.
This is an association with a constitution, a standing director elected, and a new election is held every two years. Each election will attract the wide attention of entrepreneurs and investors, and it may be an opportunity for the new upgrading and new changes of China's angel venture capital ecosystem.
On the evening of December 24, 2020, with the transfer of a banner of responsibility and obligation from the fourth president Yang Shoubin to the fifth president Zhou Lixia, under the witness of honorary chairman Xu Xiaoping, honorary president Yang Ning, Mai Gang and Zhang Min, the election of the most active and influential angel investment organization in China was officially completed. In this election, Wu Ting, the founder of guest university, was officially elected as the deputy secretary general of the China Angel Federation. Wu Ting founded the Guest University in 2016, and in the past four years, she has empowered and guided the growth of nearly 300 listed companies/unicorn entrepreneurs and managers, and accompanied Baidu, iFLYTEK, Vipshop, BOSS Direct Hire, Shouqi Ride-hailing, Ten Point Reading, Piglet Short-term Rental, Linglong Tire, Qianxin, Huagai Capital, Zhen Fund, etc. in the form of online (guest APP) and offline (guest party).
