In early February 2021, on the eve of the Lunar New Year, in a street in Wuyangba, a downtown area of Enshi City, the capital of Hubei Province's Entu Family and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Wusman, a young Uighur from Moyu County, Xinjiang, was making a Barbecue in Xinjiang with a few young men. Uyghur music is played in the store, adding a foreign atmosphere to the mainland market.

1: A barbecue shop opened by Wusman, the eldest brother of the Xinjiang Uyghurs, in Wuyangba, a downtown area of Enshi City, Hubei Province.

Since the age of 16, 38-year-old Wusman has been working in Enshi with his girlfriend Guhani Sahan in enshi. Later, the two married in Enshi and have already had 4 children; it can be said that more than half of Wusman's youth in his 30s was spent in Enshi, an ethnic minority settlement. From selling Xinjiang kebabs on the ground stall to opening their own restaurants to sell Xinjiang barbecue, step by step, the two families have taken root in Enshi. In 2017, upon the application of Mr. and Mrs. Wusman, a family of 6 has officially moved their hukou to the Wuyang Office in Enshi City. Enshi became the second home of the Usman family; they had been deeply integrated into the circle of life of the children of Tumiao.

Wusman's eldest brother Ahmetiyazi and younger brother Miti followed him to Enshi to work hard, and now they have opened branches selling Xinjiang barbecues in Enshi city; in addition, Wusman has also led 20 Uyghurs to Enshi to start a business. Usman has a small circle of entrepreneurial relatives and friends in Enshi. In his entrepreneurial experience, he has received the help of some well-meaning local citizens, and has also received the care and financial support of relevant local departments. He knows how to be grateful. On February 10, 2020, during the tight period of the new crown epidemic, Wusman processed 700 Xinjiang bread and some Xinjiang specialties to send to the public security cadres and policemen who were fighting the epidemic on the front line to express their condolences. Earlier, he also paired up to help the rural primary school in Enshi City.

Consumers cannot be deceived on the tip of their tongues. This is the purpose of the Usman brothers' business. In order to ensure the characteristic flavor of Xinjiang barbecue, the main ingredient used by the Wusman brothers is lamb, which is transported live sheep from distant Qinghai Province to Enshi and then slaughtered and met with consumers. Their façade sells traditional Xinjiang lamb skewers, Xinjiang buns, mutton soup, etc., which are very authentic. Very popular with local citizens.

Wishing him a dream come true. (This group of pictures has been agreed by the people involved, the Usman brothers, to publish on the regular website)
