Seemingly simple locks are actually not simple, according to the different ways of unlocking, we can divide the lock into key locks, password locks, biometric locks and so on.
The first is the traditional key. This lock consists of a lock body and a lock cylinder, and the interior is penetrated by several vertical shafts, each of which is composed of a spring, a drive pin, and a key pin.
Only by inserting the corresponding key teeth and locks completely, so that the drive pin is aligned with the upper tangential face of the lock cylinder, can the lock be turned to open the lock, and the principle of the master key is to add one or more drive pins, so that the probability of alignment increases.
The combination lock on the locker is not so easy to open the curved metal rod outside called the lock lever, and it will only be pulled out if the correct number is dialed.
Inside there is a lever that can be rotated, including a latch with a spring, and the latch will bounce in when the lock lever is pressed down, and then it pops out and snaps into the groove of the lock lever.
When unlocking, the gear with the number is flicked so that the notch in the three gears is aligned, at which point the lever can be rotated and the lock lever can be pulled out.
In order to prevent the lock lever from separating from the lock, people also added a baffle to the lock lever, which slid up and down with the lock lever, and after reaching the highest point, it would prevent the lock lever from continuing outward.
The biometric door lock is relatively simple and convenient, with good security but relatively high price. It is mainly divided into fingerprint recognition, pupil recognition and face recognition, the principle of the three is basically the same, taking the most common fingerprint recognition as an example.
First of all, it needs to enter the fingerprint, it will use the optical sensor, extract the monochrome image of the fingerprint, and then convert the image into a single line of things, use the Gabor filter to make the image clear, establish the characteristic data of the fingerprint, and finally form a fingerprint template.
When the finger is put on, the system will automatically match with the fingerprint template, according to the matching results to determine whether to unlock, and such a complex process, only a few seconds can be completed, do not know what the future lock will look like!
