preface
Since the "Fat House Big Brother" five-type heavy battle was cut down by a knife and rolled into the sewers, the R series of "World of Tanks" was only left with stB-1.
Especially in the most popular version of the slope stealing cannon, only stB-1 can play a unique super high sustained damage advantage, and for this reason alone, STB-1 is enough to be called the "king of the hills" of non-special top cars.
Again, friendly reminder: additional armor such as skirts can only be viewed, and has no actual protection value!
The King of the Hills naturally has to have the card face of the King of the Hills, and one of the top rewards of this large supply box, the STB-1 exclusive 3D style "Winter Lotus", is completely enough to give the card face - what is better than a step in place, upgraded to a level 12 tank?
Test vehicles... Isn't it fragrant with a test car?!
Let's start with an old story. The STB-1 has another name, the Type 74 prototype Number One.
In other words, Japan's second-generation tank Type 74 test vehicle after the war is stB-1, which is reflected in the style description of "Winter Lotus".
"The temper of this system (liquid gas suspension) is the same as that of a bear child, and the instructions are not clear at all!"
The description of the Winter Lotus style fits the Self-Defense Forces' description of the Type 74 - although the liquid gas suspension is strong, it is very troublesome to maintain.
But here's the problem. On the side of the 3D style "Winter Lotus" barrel, there is a very conspicuous infrared/white flood light. This accessory was only equipped after the Mass Production of the Type 74, and the STB-1 obviously would not have it.
At this angle, the reflective effect of the filter plate is visible, as well as the skirt of the winter lotus.
Similarly, the skirt is a protective device that cannot be found on all tanks, including the STB-1 to the Type 74 production model, with the exception of one tank that is also a test type: the Type 74 G.
The Development of the Type 74 G was quite late, and in the 90s a plan was proposed, and it was already a matter of the new millennium for the actual car to be put into testing... It can be said that it is younger than a large number of car captains.
Screenshot of the Type 74 G test video, the shooting time is unknown.
If you actually configure this tank according to the 3D style "Winter Lotus", then its fire control performance will surpass the current ten-level counterpart... But still that sentence, 3D style is the skin, look comfortable on the line, don't think too much ~
To mention more, although the Type 74 G is not actually equipped, there are also model labels in Japan that specialize in opening mold skirts, rounding the dream of fans.
At first glance, the thickness of the skirt plate is also like that.
Model car, is this like a painting?
As mentioned above, a large part of the STB-1's 3D style "Winter Lotus" comes from the Type 74 G tank, and the rest naturally has to be slowly cut little by little.
For example, this camouflage, which is green and yellow, is actually the "winter camouflage" of the Self-Defense Forces, which is widely used in the northern part of Honshu Island and Hokkaido.
Rear hood angle. White painting can not be exaggerated, stealing the dominance of the original Self-Defense Force's two-color camouflage, which is the essence of the painting.
So if you say that WG artists have not referenced models, then I don't believe it.
This is a model of the 1/35 Type 74 tank of the Daisho Tamiya winter painting example.
A regular on the M series and other Cold War Western camp tanks, the 12.7 mm M2 heavy machine gun.
However, the M2 on the "Winter Lotus" is a little different, it comes with a shell recycler, which is also a distinctive island country feature.
The resources are not developed, and the machine gun shells are exhausted and they are reluctant to lose them.
The thing on the rear storage basket is an MK.19 40 mm automatic grenade launcher.
The reason for this is probably because there have been previous rumors that the Type 74 G tank will be equipped with MK.19.
If there is a rumor, someone is bound to draw it or spell it out. This model of the Type 74 tank, which my mother did not know, was equipped with MK.19 on one side of the hatch.
It was a Fenghe 7.62 mm automatic rifle. Strangely, it is a bit out of step with the age of the tank body, and the automatic rifle is not a self-defense weapon that tank soldiers like due to their length.
Catch two worms occasionally
I have to say that in the details of this piece, WG did make efforts, but it is inevitable that the hundred secrets will be neglected, and it is normal to occasionally make some mistakes.
Three numerical details can be seen at the rear of the vehicle, the large number 42 at the rear of the turret is the exercise identification number, and the small number on the fenders on the left and right sides is the unit number (short) and the vehicle number (long).
The long number 15-8302 is the vehicle number of the 3D style "Winter Lotus", which is equivalent to the license plate number. The short numbers 12-4 represent the unit number to which the winter lotus belongs.
Of course, none of these numbers exist in reality (the format is correct), but they are in the wrong position - according to the current Self-Defense Forces' painting specifications, regardless of the front and rear of the car, the vehicle number is on the left and the unit number is on the right; The front of the car is painted correctly, but the rear of the car is reversed.
Presumably, it doesn't matter if the font color is wrong.
epilogue
Compared with the fancy, even almost fantastic 3D style, the author is more devoted to the 3D style of actual combat and restoring the historical state, "Winter Lotus" is in the heart of the red in this regard, not to mention... Its body is still a selling head car with enough strength and entertainment, STB-1.
Snow days with winter lotus, enough to build.
As for whether the skin in the box is worth it, this is also a matter of opinion... However, the readers of the car captain who read the commentary in vain at least did not lose money, did they?
