Heat the oil and fry the oil tofu with minced meat until it turns yellow on both sides.
After frying, put in the right amount of warm water, add a little soy sauce, and cook on medium-low heat for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, add the prepared water starch,
I used cornstarch with a little water, stirred the powder well and put it in.
Out of the pot and plate, add water starch is a little sticky.
You can sprinkle some chives again, the taste is more fragrant.
