A bottle of oil, is it pressed with traditional woodware, or is it pressed with modern machines? In the Yangpu Bonded Port Area of Yangpu Economic Development Zone in Hainan Province, there is a modern grain and oil factory that makes the reporter refreshed.

This factory has a tall grain storage silo, but there is no large chimney; there are a large number of complete sets of equipment, but there are few people coming and going, here is Hainan Oscar International Grain and Oil Co., Ltd. With artificial intelligence and digitalization, the company has opened up a new path in the field of domestic oil and fat production.

Hainan is the main production base of tropical agriculture in China, but for a long time there has not been a large-scale grain and oil enterprise, and the grain and oil market relies heavily on supply outside the island. After the release of the "Overall Plan for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port" on June 1 last year, Yangpu Bonded Port Area, as the "model room" of Hainan Free Trade Port, has broad market prospects and huge development space. The OASCO International Grains and Oils Company keenly saw the opportunity for development and resolutely invested in construction here.

Hainan Oscar International Grain and Oil Co., Ltd. covers an area of 208 acres, the construction content includes 8 raw grain silos that can store 100,000 tons of grain, rapeseed and soybean processing production lines, oil refining, camellia oil and other production lines, plus auxiliary facilities, with a total investment of 3.5 billion yuan, is Hainan's annual processing capacity of more than one million tons of grain and oil enterprises, after production, the annual output value of about 5 billion yuan, import and export trade volume of about 600 million US dollars, profits and taxes of about 500 million yuan. Talking about the construction of the company, Zhang Hui, chairman of the Oka International Grain and Oil Company, said, "The development speed of Yangpu has been well confirmed in the company. When we came to this factory last year, it was still a messy forest, and it took only 6 months to build an office building and packaging workshop. In the future, Yangpu, Hainan will also be able to produce good grain and oil."

A bottle of oil, how many processes do you need to go from raw material to factory? How many people will be needed to complete? Through the digital program setting, the raw materials from the silo through the conveying equipment into the pretreatment and leaching workshop, the production of press oil and leaching oil, into the refinery workshop through degumming, decolorization, filtration, deodorization and other processes to produce refined oil, packaging oil. In the packaging oil workshop, bottle blowing, labeling, grabbing boxes and even tape encapsulation are all done by machine, and the whole process is not involved by workers, ensuring high efficiency and stable product quality. On the large display screen of the company's intelligent control center, the production flow chart is clear at a glance, and the technicians can grasp the basic situation of each process in real time with only a click of the mouse.

A grain and oil enterprise of the same scale, if it still adopts the old operation method, it needs at least three or four hundred people, and after the intelligent method is introduced, the company's workshop, administrative logistics, sales and other positions are added together to need more than one hundred people, and the labor efficiency is greatly improved.

All business data, all data business. Through the company's Internet of Things platform, production, storage and transportation, sales, logistics, finance and other sectors have achieved interconnection, reducing the production and management costs of enterprises, and can also provide analytical data according to the settings in a timely manner, providing a basis for the company's decision-making management. At the same time, the company uses enterprise cloud, big data, Internet of Things, etc., to feedback the production and operation of each factory in different places to authorized managers at any time.

On July 20, as the soybeans in the silo entered the pretreatment workshop, marking the start of trial production of the main production line of the Oseca International Grain and Oil Processing Plant, the refined oil products were successively rolled off the production line in the afternoon. This is the first productive project in the Yangpu Bonded Port Area to be built for trial production since the release of the "Overall Plan for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port". Since the trial production, the company has basically maintained a state of full production, which can produce 3,000 tons of refined oil, meal and other products per day, soybean oil is basically sold out on the island, two-thirds of rapeseed oil is sold out of the island, and orders have been scheduled after the Spring Festival in 2022.
