On the morning of 27 October, at the Ninth Congress of the Communist Party of China in Huarong District, Peng Bo, secretary of the Huarong District CPC Committee, said that it is necessary to give overall consideration to the selection and deployment of young cadres, female cadres, and non-party cadres.

Peng Bo said: The key to handling Huarong's affairs well lies in the party and people. It is necessary to establish a correct orientation in selecting and employing people, persist in having both ability and political integrity, putting ethics first, appointing people on the basis of merit, and pay attention to tempering, inspecting, and identifying cadres in urgent, difficult, dangerous, and heavy tasks, so that the selected cadre organizations can be assured, the masses will be satisfied, and the cadres will be convinced.

In terms of further optimizing the structure of leading bodies at all levels, Huarong District will adhere to the combination of the old, the middle and the young, and consider the selection and allocation of young cadres, female cadres and non-party cadres. Encourage college graduates to return to their hometowns to start businesses and provide intellectual support for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.

In addition, Huarong District will also adhere to the talent-oriented, trust talent, respect talent, treat talent well, tolerate talent, accelerate the introduction of a group of highly educated and high-quality professionals in the fields of education, health, agriculture, science and technology, and excavate, discover and cultivate a group of rural local talents.

Peng Bo said: It is necessary to conscientiously implement the "three distinctions," so that cadres will not take refuge in their affairs, will not evade their responsibilities in their righteousness, and maintain the style, integrity, and courage of not believing in evil spirits, not being afraid of ghosts, and not being able to be soft-bones.
