As early as 1989, Zhang Mouquan and Zhang Moujun were estranged by the renovation of the house, and in 2013, Zhang Moujun also sued him in court because the reserved space next to his courtyard was occupied by Zhang Mouquan. The contradictions between the two brothers intensified. Now, due to the dispute over the ownership of the three houses and courtyards left behind after the death of the old man, it was sued again to the court, and during the trial, the plaintiff and the defendant argued about who funded the renovation of the house.

Considering that the two are brothers, in order to effectively resolve contradictions and disputes, eliminate the estrangement between brothers, and maintain family ties to the greatest extent, Wang Xiaofang, the undertaker, went to the alkali factory village to investigate the actual situation of the three courtyards, and jointly organized the two sides to mediate with the town judicial office and the village committee. The next day, Zhao Mou, the wife of Zhang Moujun, claimed that due to her misunderstanding of the content of the mediation, she applied to withdraw the original mediation agreement. At the time of submitting the application, Zhao was emotionally fierce and demanded that the judge must make a judgment.

After repeated consideration, the judge undertaking the case did not simply "make a judgment", but on the basis of repairing the damaged family relationship and taking into account the legal effect and social impact of the case, relying on the "Secret Language" psychological studio of the Miyun Court, Jin Furong, a resident psychological instructor and people's assessor, was invited to conduct psychological counseling and adjustment for the parties and promote the substantive resolution of family disputes.

Teacher Jin repeatedly and patiently did psychological counseling work for the parties through back-to-back and face-to-face methods, guiding the two sides to think in empathy and understand each other. In order to further untie the knot in the hearts of the parties, Teacher Jin also used his own experience as an example to illustrate the importance of harmonious family relations to siblings and even between future generations, and is the basis for obtaining health and happiness. In the repeated communication and conversation with the two sides, whether it is the good intentions of the judge undertaking the case or the warm psychological counseling of Teacher Jin, the parties to the case can fully feel the humane temperature of the judiciary in the process of litigation, which is the profound practice of the court in doing practical things for the people. The parties finally shook hands and reached a settlement, and both expressed their gratitude to the judge for his hard work and Teacher Jin's sincere guidance.

On September 23 this year, the Miyun Court officially set up the "Secret Language" psychological studio. The studio aims to carry out psychological intervention for the parties through professional consultation means, help them adjust their psychological state, avoid intensifying contradictions and conflicts, resolve accumulated grievances from the psychological source, and calm contradictions and disputes.
